CEO & President

Athanasios Navrozoglou has been a pivotal force behind Natech’s rise as a leading provider of innovative banking solutions. Over his 15-year tenure, including seven as CEO & President, he has expertly guided Natech’s expansion into international markets, solidifying its position as a key player in the industry.

His visionary leadership combines a passion for financial technology with a deep understanding of human-machine interactions, driving the company to democratize access to advanced banking technology and revolutionize banking experiences.

Athanasios’ strategic foresight has been instrumental in forging significant partnerships, such as the joint venture with Piraeus Financial Holdings to launch Snappi, a mobile-first neobank with a pan-European banking license, where he serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Under his stewardship, Natech continues to push the boundaries of banking innovation, consistently delivering unparalleled customer service and cutting-edge solutions.

Mathias Schütz

Chief Revenue Officer & Deputy

Mathias Schütz, a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in fintech and international business development, joined Natech in 2022. As Chief Revenue Officer and Deputy CEO, he spearheads strategic initiatives driving global expansion and advancing Natech’s mission to democratize access to advanced banking technology. Under his leadership, Natech empowers financial institutions worldwide to leverage innovative technology, thrive in the digital era, and establish a strong foothold in the Banking as a Service (BaaS) landscape.

Before joining Natech, Mathias spent 20 years at the Avaloq Group, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint across Europe and Asia. He led the ARIZON Joint Venture between Raiffeisen Switzerland and Avaloq, revolutionizing banking platform and processing services for over 250 Raiffeisen Banks in Switzerland. Following Avaloq’s acquisition by NEC, Mathias served as Chief Commercial Officer EMEA at AMINA Bank, driving innovations in digital assets.

Mathias now channels his extensive expertise to accelerate Natech’s growth, guiding the company through its next phase of transformation and reinforcing its position as a leader in fintech innovation.

Dimitrios Navrozoglou

CFO & Vice President

Dimitrios Navrozoglou, a founding investor and key member of Natech, has played a pivotal role in transforming the company into a globally recognized provider of banking solutions.

As CFO & Vice President, he has expertly shaped Natech’s financial strategy, ensuring strong financial health and driving product innovation.

His financial acumen and strategic approach were crucial in securing a landmark €10 million fundraising in 2023, further underscoring his contribution to Natech’s growth and investor relations. Dimitrios’ expertise, particularly in customizing ERP solutions for SMEs, has significantly enhanced both customer and shareholder value, reinforcing his impact on Natech’s long-term success.

George Nikolaropoulos

Chief Technology Officer

A seasoned technology architect and leader, George Nikolaropoulos joined Natech Banking Solutions as Chief Technology Officer in March 2025, bringing deep expertise in banking, insurance, maritime, and market research.

With a passion for AI, product development, and technology strategy, he has led engineering teams in transforming ambitious ideas into reality. His experience in cloud-native platforms, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation positions him to drive Natech’s technology vision and execution.

As CTO, George leads initiatives to enhance Natech’s modular banking platform, expand cloud-native capabilities, and scale the engineering organisation. His leadership strengthens engineering excellence, product innovation, and digital transformation, ensuring Natech’s solutions evolve to meet the needs of modern financial institutions with speed and agility.

Grigori Agriopoulos

Chief Strategic Initiatives Officer

Grigori Agriopoulos serves as Chief Strategic Initiatives Officer at Natech, where he leads mission-critical programs that align bold ideas with focused execution. His work is centered on orchestrating cross-functional initiatives that accelerate Natech’s long-term growth, product evolution, and geographic expansion.

Since joining Natech in 2019, Grigori has played a foundational role in the company’s transformation from a local banking software vendor into a structured, investment-ready technology firm with pan-European ambitions. His strategic foresight helped establish the organizational backbone and operating model that now support Natech’s scale-up trajectory.

With a background in consulting and deep exposure to the intersection of financial services and technology, Grigori works closely with executive leadership to prioritize and execute complex initiatives that cut across product, go-to-market, and operational areas. His hands-on leadership has been instrumental in securing Natech’s first external investors, driving market entry strategies, and shaping the company’s platform for future growth.

Christina Gialleli

Chief People & Culture Officer

With over a decade of leadership experience in People & Culture across the Tech/SaaS industry, Christina Gialleli specialises in talent development, organisational growth, and workplace strategy, driving initiatives that strengthen collaboration and innovation.

Christina joined Natech Banking Solutions as Chief People & Culture Officer in January 2025, leading efforts to enhance the employee experience, strengthen talent development, and align People & Culture strategies with the company’s growth ambitions.

Throughout her career, she has built and scaled high-performing, people-first organisations across Europe and the United States, playing a key role in shaping dynamic, collaborative, and performance-driven work environments.

Christina holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from Florida International University.

George Rogkakos

Chief Product Officer

Since joining Natech in 2014, George Rogkakos has played a key role in shaping the company’s product vision, progressing through leadership roles in engineering, innovation, and product management. In 2025, he was appointed Chief Product Officer, reinforcing Natech’s commitment to a product-first strategy.

With deep technical expertise, a strong customer focus, and strategic vision, he has been instrumental in shaping Natech’s product roadmap and strengthening its position as a leading provider of modular banking solutions.

As CPO, George leads product strategy and execution, ensuring Natech’s platform evolves with industry needs while delivering a seamless, future-ready banking experience. His leadership drives innovation, product excellence, and the continuous expansion of the product organisation to support future growth.
